GO SERIES MULTIFUNCTION DISPLAY (SIMRAD)

The GO Series Multifunction Display (Simrad) is a versatile and powerful device that combines a high-brightness 9-inch tablet-style touchscreen with advanced features such as built-in echosounder, GPS, and Wi-Fi. It is designed to provide intuitive and easy-to-use controls, making it suitable for both experienced and novice users.

  • Easy to use, high brightness 9" tablet-style touchscreen
  • Built-in advanced echosounder capable of displaying CHIRP, Forwardscan, Sidescan, and Downscan images
  • Radar port for connection to a Simrad solid-state radar
  • Direct audio, autopilot, communication, and engine connection and control over NMEA2000
  • Built-in Wi-Fi for mobile device mirroring and internet downloads of charting and software

The GO9 XSE offers true ease of use with its intuitive touchscreen controls, similar to those found on smartphones and tablets. It features tap, pinch, and drag gestures for creating waypoints, zooming in and out, and panning smoothly across charts. The home screen and menu layouts are simple and accessible, with large and clearly-captioned icons for easy recognition and tapping.

As a full-featured chartplotter, the GO9 XSE supports a wide range of cartography options, including C-MAP® MAX-N, Navionics®, Insight®, Insight Genesis®, and NV Digital® Charts. This allows you to navigate confidently to destinations near and far, with the flexibility to choose charts that best fit your needs and location. Waypoint management is also made easy, allowing you to mark waypoints with a touch and assign meaningful names for easy lookup.

The Simrad GO9 XSE is not only a chartplotter but also a radar display. With plug-and-play connectivity to Simrad Broadband 3G™, Broadband 4G™, and Halo™ Pulse Compression radar systems, you can navigate confidently through crowded harbors, safely navigate in poor visibility, monitor weather conditions, and locate potential fishing spots. The radar overlay combines radar data with navigational charts for a clear and easy-to-interpret view of your surroundings.

Customizability is a key feature of the GO9 XSE, allowing you to tailor the display to suit your vessel and favorite on-water activities. You can customize the home screen with shortcuts to your most-used features and personalize it with your choice of wallpaper. The adjustable split-screen views and customizable panel layouts ensure that you can see everything you need on-screen at once, regardless of your activity.

Designed specifically for power boaters, the GO9 XSE includes TripIntel technology, which tracks and displays key information to help you plan safe and enjoyable days on the water. This includes fuel range overlaid on charts, easy access to current and future tide levels, and a detailed history of your previous trips, including the route taken and boat performance.

The automatic routing feature brings the convenience of in-car navigation to boating, allowing you to plot a route and get underway quickly. Simply select a destination, and the GO XSE display will suggest the shortest and safest route, taking into consideration the draught and dimensions of your vessel. This feature is available with Navionics+ or Navionics Platinum charts (Navionics Autorouting) and with Jeppesen CMAP MAX-N+ charts (Jeppesen Easy Routing).

The Simrad GO9 XSE is equipped with a high-speed GPS receiver that updates your position ten times every second, making it ideal for fast-moving RIBs and powerboats. You can track your boat's movement smoothly, accurately, and in real-time without any jumping on the display.

The GO9 XSE is designed for power boating but can be customized to suit various on-water activities, including fishing and water sports. Its unique Cruise Charting page brings together crucial navigation data and charts in one easily accessible location, providing a comprehensive overview of your trip.
