These Terms of Service and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.ceshowroom.com and any purchase made from CE Showroom.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You may browse the website regardless of age. To create an account or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Customer Accounts

Certain website features may require a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify CE Showroom promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, pricing, and availability.

Manufacturer information and product specifications may change without notice. Images may contain optional accessories or show minor differences from the product received.

If we discover a material error in a product listing or order, we may contact you for instructions, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order.

If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact customer support. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when CE Showroom confirms or fulfills it.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, payment problems, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer or delivery information, or quantity limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Discounts

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, availability, and discounts may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Discount codes and promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and exclusions. Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined.

Obvious pricing or typographical errors do not obligate CE Showroom to fulfill an order at the incorrect price.

6. Payments

Payment is required when an order is placed unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered at checkout.

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by the provider's terms and privacy policy.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

CE Showroom currently ships within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy.

Free U.S. shipping is available on most products. Shipping charges, available methods, and any applicable restrictions are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, product availability, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If an order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect product, contact CE Showroom promptly so we can investigate and provide available assistance.

8. Returns and Refunds

Every CE Showroom order is covered by our free 90-day return policy, subject to the return requirements described in the Return & Refund Policy.

A return must be requested within 90 days of delivery. CE Showroom will provide return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.

Products may be opened for reasonable inspection but must meet the condition and completeness requirements stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

CE Showroom does not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different product or model, return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original and expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Product Warranties

Some products may include a warranty provided by the manufacturer. Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and procedures vary by product and manufacturer.

Unless CE Showroom expressly provides a separate written warranty, CE Showroom does not create or extend a manufacturer's warranty.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GentleJet products may be subject to separate GentleJet warranty terms displayed on the CE Showroom website.

10. Rewards, Promotions, and Price Guarantees

Participation in the CE Showroom Rewards Program is subject to the rules and conditions displayed on the Rewards Program page.

Rewards points have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted, and may be subject to expiration, redemption, account, or eligibility requirements.

CE Showroom may modify or discontinue promotions and rewards features as permitted by law. Changes will not affect rewards that have already been validly redeemed.

Requests under the Lowest Price Guarantee are governed by the separate Lowest Price Guarantee Policy.

11. Text Message and Call Communications

By calling or sending a text message to 1-800-890-8166, you consent to receive text-message communications from CE Showroom related to your inquiry, order, or account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages related to your orders, deliveries, returns, or customer-service requests.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Commit fraud or submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology.

Product names, trademarks, and manufacturer logos belong to their respective owners.

CE Showroom does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's separate terms and policies.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain a secure, accurate, and available website. However, the website may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions.

Product warranties and customer remedies are governed by applicable law, the manufacturer's warranty, and CE Showroom's published policies.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the website will be handled by the appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Placer County, California.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory protections available under applicable law.
