Life Industries 1035 Caulk - 10.6 oz - Mahogany

The Life-Calk Cartridge in Mahogany is a versatile marine polysulfide sealant that can be used above and below the waterline. It is a long-lasting, permanently flexible sealant that can be sanded and painted. Tack-free in 1 to 3 days, it has excellent resistance to teak oils, gasoline, and diesel fuel. It is ideal for teak decks, to bed deck and hull hardware, seal thru-hull fittings, and underwater seams. This sealant will bond to fiberglass, wood, metal, glass, and itself. It cures to a firm, flexible rubber seal with excellent waterproofing and adhesion qualities. It can even be applied underwater for emergency repairs and can be applied to damp surfaces.

However, please note that this product is not compatible with all paints, such as Sikkens, Cetol, Deks, and Olje.
