The Faria Beede 33104 Dress White 4" Tachometer is designed for use with gas-powered outboard engines. It features a stylish dress white dial with bold black graphics, a white aluminum bezel, a contoured black pointer, and a flat glass lens for easy readability.

Electronic tachometers function by counting pulses generated by various signal sources such as the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator, or magnetic pickup sender. To ensure accurate readings, the tachometer must be connected to +12VDC, Ground, and the appropriate signal source.

By selecting the correct tachometer and adjusting the switch on the back to match the engine's pulse rate, you can configure the tachometer to accurately display engine revolutions per minute (RPM).

The 4" tachometer has a hole size of 3.375" (85mm), making it compatible with standard gauge openings.
