The Clipper Cl-C Remote Fluxgate Sensor - Compass System also offers a unique Steer to Course Function. When engaged, a series of chevrons accumulates on the display, indicating the magnitude and direction of any steering error. To stay on course, simply turn the wheel in the direction of the chevrons until they disappear. The sensitivity of the steering function can be customized according to your preference. Additionally, an off-course alarm provides an essential safety feature when you're not at the helm. If the heading deviates by more than a preset amount, the alarm will sound, alerting you to take corrective action.
