The Blue Sea Systems ML-ACR Automatic Charging Relay with Manual Control is a reliable and efficient solution for managing the charging of two large battery banks. It allows for the paralleling of battery banks for emergency starting, providing peace of mind in critical situations. With a 500 Ampere continuous rating, it is capable of supporting high-output alternators, ensuring optimal performance.

The Magnetic Latch (ML) technology of this relay ensures low current draw (<40mA) in both the "ON" and "OFF" states, while also providing quick state changes when needed. The dual sensing feature allows for the monitoring of charge on both battery banks, ensuring accurate and efficient charging.

This relay also offers additional functionalities for enhanced safety and protection. The Start Isolation (SI) feature can be configured to temporarily isolate house loads from the engine circuit during engine cranking, safeguarding sensitive electronics. The Engine Isolation (EI) feature can be configured to isolate two engines while both are running, protecting engine electronics and maximizing alternator output.

The manual control switch provides an added level of safety, allowing control with or without power and offering a LOCK OFF capability for servicing. This ensures that the relay can be easily managed and maintained as needed.
