90-Day Free Return Policy

At CE Showroom, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

 

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 90 days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • This can include unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

 

Easy Return Process

Customers have two convenient options to initiate the return process:

  1. Option 1: Log in to your account on our website, go to your order history, and choose the order you want to return. Click on the "Request Return" button on the order page and follow the instructions provided.
  2. Option 2: Contact our customer support team by email or phone to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

After initiating the return, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, and send it back to us using the provided return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s). We will process your refund for the returned item(s) once we receive and inspect them.
