The Standard Horizon HX400IS is a submersible handheld VHF radio designed for use in hazardous environments. With its commercial tough construction, this radio is built to withstand tough conditions. It features all VHF marine channels, optional speaker microphone jack, voice scrambler, noise canceling microphone, and 40 programmable LMR (Land Mobile Radio) channels with CTCSS and DCS signaling.
