The Furuno Fax30 External Weatherfax and Navtex Receiver is a versatile black box unit that can transform any NavNet display or PC into a powerful weatherfax and Navtex receiver. With its waterproof design, this receiver can be directly connected to a NavNet display or an Ethernet hub using a single Ethernet cable. If connected to an Ethernet hub with multiple 10.4" NavNet displays, each display will have access to the FAX30. Additionally, it can be connected to a standard PC equipped with an Ethernet card.

The FAX30 receives valuable weather images and navigational information, which can be displayed directly on a 10.4" NavNet display with softkey menu options for easy operation. On a PC, the images and information can be viewed using a web browser without the need for proprietary software installation. Printing of all information is also possible using a PC and printer.

By combining the Furuno Fax30 with NavNet's true color Radar, users can have the ultimate weather tracking system, enabling safer navigation even in uncertain conditions.
