The Attwood Marine 4201-7 Automatic Float Switch Cover is designed to convert bilge pumps to fully automatic operation. It features a compact, low profile design that can be mounted on any surface, from horizontal to a 24" angle. The switch incorporates a reliable and affordable mechanical switch that activates the pump motor at a water level of 2".

The maximum amp draw of this float switch is 12 amps at 12-volt D.C. or 6 amps at 24-volt D.C. It comes with 36" wire leads that do not flex or hinge with the float, ensuring durability and longevity. The integral cover of the switch dampens bilge sloshing, reducing pump cycling, and prevents debris interference. The sealed switch mechanism resists moisture, fume-ignition, and electrical shock.
