We use these major carriers to fulfill orders: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. In select areas we may also use other carriers to ship.
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per pound" or "dimensional" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We are offering free shipping within the continental United States. You just need to select Free Shipping as your shipping method at checkout. We also offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight at additional cost.
Handling of Orders can take 1-2 business day to process. Once your package leaves the warehouse, the shipping time frame begins depending on the shipping service chosen at check out.
You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.

Large Item delivery
Large items, such as TVs and appliances will require additional handling and will be shipped out via a trucking service. Delivery time frames vary depending on the item and shipping location.
Certain types of orders automatically require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to a PO box address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from CE Showroom, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by CE Showroom. If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:
- CE Showroom won't be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that CE Showroom isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
- You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. CE Showroom must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
