Shipping Policy


All orders over $200 will be sent out signature required for the safety of our products to ensure delivery. In these cases we will contact you to verify the order information. This may cause a delay in shipment and delivery times. For faster processing of your order, we recommend checking out via PayPal or Amazon.


Any packages that are received damaged may be subject to an investigation with the delivery service or carrier used for the delivery. This process may take several days to complete, and may require cooperation from the customer, including sending images of the packaging box and damaged item(s), and speaking with and/or meeting with the delivery service or carrier that delivered the package.


Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. CE Showroom has dozens of warehouses located from coast to coast. Shipping times vary depending on which warehouse that has stock of items ordered. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by CE Showroom or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


International Orders


About Customs, Duties & Taxes


When ordering from CE Showroom, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.


Which Country Do You Ship To?


CE Showroom will ship to all countries but some countries have restrictions on certain products. It is the customers responsibility to check with their countries custom and duties to make sure the product is allowed within their country.

What shipping service is used?


All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

About Freight Forwarders


Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by CE Showroom. If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:

  • CE Showroom won't be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that CE Showroom isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
  • You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. CE Showroom must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
